Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup powdered sugar-free sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional Additions
Sugar-free chocolate chips
Chopped roasted peanuts
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Crushed pecans or walnuts
Instructions
