Simple Pasta (Quick & Tasty)
Ingredients:
200g pasta
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Cheese (optional)
Dried herbs (optional: oregano or basil)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta
Boil water with salt.
Add pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes (until soft).
Drain and keep aside.
Make the sauce
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in tomato sauce.
Add salt, pepper, and herbs.
Mix everything
Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Serve
Put on a plate and add cheese if you like.
Tips:
Add chili flakes for a spicy taste
Add tuna or chicken for protein
Use fresh tomatoes if you don’t have sauce
