Garlic Butter Potatoes (Easy & Delicious)
Ingredients:
500g potatoes (small or diced)
3 tbsp butter
3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes
Wash and cut into bite-size pieces.
Boil in salted water for 10–15 minutes until fork-tender (not too soft).
Drain well.
Make garlic butter
In a pan, melt butter on medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t burn it!).
Cook the potatoes
Add potatoes to the pan.
Toss gently to coat with garlic butter.
Cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.
Season & serve
Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
Serve hot!
Tips:
For extra crispiness: fry a bit longer or add olive oil.
Want more flavor? Add paprika or chili flakes
You can also roast instead of fry (in the oven at 200°C for 25–30 min).
