3 large eggs, separated

5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care not to deflate the batter.
6. Spoon the mixture into 6–8 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until lightly golden.
