Grandma’s 3-Ingredient Cheese Biscuits

Grandma’s 3-Ingredient Cheese Biscuits

Mom used to set a plate of these warm, cheesy biscuits on the table before Sunday dinner, and every single time I ate so many that I completely ruined my appetite for the main meal! The best part? They only require 3 simple ingredients and come together in minutes.

Ingredients

– 1 cup self-rising flour

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the self-rising flour and shredded cheese.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until a soft dough forms.

5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

7. Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.

✨ Optional Add-Ins

– Garlic powder

– Chopped chives

– Crumbled bacon

– Parmesan cheese

– Black pepper

These biscuits are fluffy, cheesy, and incredibly addictive. They’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish with soups and family dinners. Don’t be surprised if they disappear before the main course even hits the table!

Who else would eat half the tray before dinner?
