Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnabon Rolls

Ingredients

 

1 can of cinnamon roll dough

 

8 oz cream cheese, softened

 

1/2 cup powdered sugar

 

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

1 cup strawberries, diced

 

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

 

1/4 cup butter, melted

 

1/4 cup sugar

 

1 tsp cinnamon

 

Cream cheese frosting for drizzling

 

 

 

Directions

 

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish to get started.

 

2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Flatten it gently into a nice rectangle.

 

3. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

 

4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, making sure every corner gets some love.

 

5. Sprinkle the diced strawberries and chopped pecans all over the cream cheese layer.

 

6. Gently roll up the dough, starting from one of the long edges, to form a tight log. Slice your log into rolls—aim for about 8 good-sized ones.

 

7. Place each roll into your prepared baking dish, nestling them close together.

 

8. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle this fragrant mixture over the tops of your rolls.

 

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the rolls are golden and bubbly.

 

10. Let your rolls cool for just a few minutes so they’re not too hot to handle, then finish them off with a generous drizzle of cream cheese frosting. Serve warm and enjoy every sweet, gooey bite!
