Ingredients:
– 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
– ½ cup dried cranberries
– ½ cup chopped pecans
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
– 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– Salt & black pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Add chicken, cranberries, pecans, and celery to a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until fully coated.
4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
