Olive oil 1 tbsp over medium heat. You can use either freeze dried onions or fresh. Saute till just starting to become clear. Add in 2 lbs ground beef. Brown beef. (Missing ingredient due to spice and someone in my house can’t eat… add diced green chili and/or diced jalapenos) Then add in spices. ( chili powder, cumin, all spice, ginger, cloves, lemon pepper, oregano and brown sugar). Stir to combine and coat meat. Cook on medium for 10-15 mins so spices can cook into meat. Add 1 can tomato sauce and 2 cans diced tomato. Cook for 15-20 minutes medium heat. Then… add drained beans (black, pinto, red kidney, great northern and canelli is what I used but doesn’t matter). Turn down to low-medium and simmer. Then you can always just put it on low till you are ready to eat.

I don’t measure ingredients. I just add till I feel it in my soul that it’s enough. ENJOY!
