Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Fluff

Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Fluff

Chocolate Cheesecake Cloud Fluff

I’m slightly embarrassed by how often I make this… but it’s way too delicious to keep secret!

This creamy chocolate cheesecake fluff is light, rich, and unbelievably easy to throw together. It tastes like a cross between cheesecake mousse and chocolate chip whipped cream — sweet, fluffy, and totally addictive without all the sugar.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

(I usually use 3–4 tablespoons for extra richness)

1 box sugar-free instant pudding mix

(cheesecake flavor is my favorite)

1/2 cup Lily’s milk chocolate chips

(sometimes I use closer to 1 cup and mix milk chocolate with semi-sweet chips)

Optional Extras

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crushed graham crackers

Chopped pecans or almonds

Fresh strawberries or raspberries

Sugar-free caramel drizzle

Mini marshmallows for extra fluffiness

Instructions

Add the heavy whipping cream, softened cream cheese, and sugar-free pudding mix to a medium mixing bowl.

Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and fluffy.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly mixed.

Spoon into dessert cups or bowls.

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes for a thicker mousse texture.

Helpful Tips

Use cold heavy cream for the fluffiest consistency.

Let the cream cheese soften before mixing to avoid lumps.

Fold the chocolate chips in gently so the mixture stays airy.

Cheesecake pudding gives the richest flavor, but chocolate, vanilla, or white chocolate pudding also work beautifully.

Serving Ideas

Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate

Use as a fruit dip for strawberries and bananas

Layer into parfait glasses with crushed cookies

Freeze for a few minutes for an ice-cream-like treat

Why Everyone Loves It

This dessert is creamy, fluffy, and packed with cheesecake flavor in every bite. The chocolate chips add just enough sweetness and texture, making it feel indulgent while still being lower in sugar. It’s one of those quick recipes that

disappears almost immediately once people taste it.

Fair warning: one spoonful somehow turns into five.
