Add a kick to your summer BBQs with this sweet and spicy coleslaw.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and sriracha sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dress Coleslaw: Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
