π INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Devil’s Tongue Peppers (see notes for alternatives) πΆοΈ
4 oz Carrot (peeled) π₯
4 oz White Onion (peeled) π§
2 oz Garlic (or more if you love garlic) π§
1 tbsp Ground Ginger πΏ
1 tbsp Ground Mustard π°
1 tbsp Honey (optional) π―
1 tsp Turmeric π
Β½ tsp Sea Salt (smoked sea salt is great) π§
Β½ tsp Ground Black Pepper πΆοΈ
Β½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar π
Β½ cup Water (plus more as needed) π§

Prep: Chop the peppers, carrot, onion, and garlic. Combine them in a pot with all the ingredients. πΆοΈπ₯π§ π§
Cook: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Simmer longer for deeper flavors. π²
Blend: Cool slightly, then blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to adjust thickness. π
