Cinnamon Sticks

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated pizza dough or breadstick dough

3 tbsp butter, melted

½ cup granulated sugar

1½ tsp ground cinnamon

Icing Drizzle

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll dough into a rectangle and cut into long sticks (about 1 inch wide).

3. Brush with butter generously.

4. Mix sugar + cinnamon and sprinkle heavily over the dough.

5. Twist or leave straight, then place on the baking sheet.

6. Bake 10–14 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.

7. Whisk icing until smooth and drizzle over warm cinnamon sticks.

Optional

Add a second drizzle of cream cheese icing

Sprinkle with crushed cinnamon cereal or chopped nuts

Serve with warm vanilla glaze or caramel dip

Make them extra soft by brushing with butter again after baking.
