Omelette (Quick Meal)
Ingredients:
2–3 eggs
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil or butter
Optional fillings:
Onion
Tomato
Cheese
Bell pepper

 

 

Instructions:
Beat the eggs
Crack eggs into a bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Whisk well until mixed.
Heat the pan
Add oil or butter to a pan on medium heat.
Cook the omelette
Pour the eggs into the pan.
Let it cook for a few seconds.
Add your favorite fillings.
Fold and finish
Fold the omelette in half.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot
Tips:
For a fluffy omelette: add a little milk
Don’t cook on high heat (it burns fast!)
Add herbs for extra flavor
