Easy Homemade Crepes with Honey
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
Instructions:
Prepare the batter:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Gradually add the flour while mixing until you get a smooth, thin batter (like in the image).
Rest the batter (optional):
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes for better texture.
Cook the crepes:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter.
Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it thinly.
Cook for about 1–2 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom turns golden.
Flip and cook the other side.
Serve:
