For the Cake:

For the Oreo Filling:

1 cup cream cheese, softened 🧀

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 🍬

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies 🍪

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿

 

For the Garnish:

Whipped cream 🍦

DERICTIONS:

 

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.

2. For the cake, in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and white vinegar until well combined.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

7. While the cake is still warm, roll it up with the parchment paper from the short side to form a log. Let cool completely.
