INGREDIENTS:
– 1 kg chicken wings
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Vegetable oil (for frying)
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 2 red chilies, sliced
– 2 green chilies, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
– Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Coat the Chicken:
– In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
– Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
3. Fry the Chicken:
– Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).
