INGREDIENTS:

2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar. Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
